I applied online. They role play customers and asked applicant to read the script. Biggest waste of time to get a loser rejection mail in two weeks. There are better jobs out there. It keeps unemployed without jobs. I avoid putting in applications. Unless you a degree or longer experience, don't waste your time. Most jobs give you an offer on the table. Weeks to here from them = rejection.
