Interview
Process was very easy. Asked why I want to work there and about my previous background. It was a group interview and hired on the spot. Also, what hours I would prefer.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QVC (San Antonio, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
There was a large group of us called to a hotel, as they were hiring seasonal employees. It was a very quick one on one where they ask you to read over a description of one of their items. They would then ask you questions like the caller would such as "Does the top come in any other colors?" or "My bust is a 34B, would I be able to wear a Medium?"
Easy questions but really they were looking at how you handled each one. Such as, if you didn't know the answer and needed to look back at the sheet you should said "That is an excellent question, let me just take a look at the sizing for this top so I can answer that for you." Knowing how to communicate properly and professionally was key.
As soon as I was hired, which was during that one on one, you are sent over to a table to do a drug test. I think it was an oral swab, I remember being confused by it. No urine test.
