The interview process took more than a month.
- 30min phone interview with HR staff.
- first interview at Chiswick office. The interviewers had prepared around 20 questions and wrote down everything on their paper. Questions were mostly generic but just asked in a different way. I showed my portfolio.
- design task. I was given a task to design a landing page (+extra pages depending on user experience), a social media and email banners. HR said I could ask them questions - I requested the brand guidelines but never got a response.
- second interview. Another set of prepared 15-20 questions about situations and how you resolved them in your previous job. Presented the design task.
- After that I did not receive ANY response. I followed up with an email but nothing. During the whole process, I found communication with HR challenging. They insisted on scheduling a time for a call TO schedule the interview (which could of been done by simply emailing me with the available dates) but in the end, called me another random time. Most importantly, after this long interview process + spend my weekend doing the design task I at least expected some kind of call, even if it was a rejection.
