Interview
I had a overall good interview experience starting from screening, HR interview and final technical Interview. It was totally a great learning about the company which is a leader in solar cells manufacturing industry and it has built a lot with technology and automation.

Interview
There are three stages. A phone screening for company fit, an interview with the department leadership to discuss experience and knowledge, and the final is with upper management for team fit.
Two rounds, first with HR, second with HR and Quality managers, asked about leadership, quality projects, etc.
Had opportunity to ask questions about company culture, team culture, work life balance

Name a time where you had decided to redo something because it was not up to your quality standard
Straight forward. One round interview with Team Managers and HR. I interview with recruiter for about 30 minutes on the phone prior to video interview with manager. I waited for about a week to hear back with an offer.
