Thank you for sharing your feedback about your interview experience at Qlik in March 2025. We genuinely appreciate your insights, and we're sorry to hear that your experience was not an altogether positive one.
Since this interview took place, we have been tightening up on our Candidate Experience, and have just invested in/recently implemented a new recruitment platform (ATS), with the aim to alleviating these issues around scheduling and improving the experience for all parties involved in the hiring process.
We have also implemented new background check (referencing) software and procedures, again in the hope of making the entire Candidate Experience a more positive one, so whilst we may have missed the mark on this one, hopefully we can entice you back if you see another role that piques your interest.
