Quad interview questions

Applied and followed up relentlessly. Knew someone who worked there so I was able to get an interview that way. Had a phone interview with HR then an interview with 3 people. Then had to come in for a second interview with the manager. That one was a breeze. I must have impressed the others because the manager told me outright they wanted to offer me the job.

Once called you will be scheduled to appear for an orientation to the company and tour of the facility. After the tour, prospective employes are situated in a meeting room and called one by one for a personal interview. During the interview you will be asked about your previous employment and how your duties may apply at Quad Graphics. Other questions include "how many days in the past 12 months have you missed work," and "what is your five year goal?" After you have answered your interview questions, assuming all goes well, you will be giving a choice of schedule dates and times if available. Immediately after your interview you will be sent to QuadMed (onsite medical facility) to take a E-Z split Urine drug test. Passing the drug test moves you on to further orientation and training for your prospective position at Quad Graphics.
