Quad interview questions

Worst interview. No one in the entire org asked a single product marketing question. It took the company months to move forward. They couldn't meet my pay expectations and then then came back months later because they couldn't recruit anyone else for the crap pay. My leader also offered a fraudulent offer letter (good thing I recorded my interviews, negotiations, and every single 1:1 for 9 months once I started (you can sue for that!). When it came to interview other candidates for the team, the recruiter never gave a heads up - just threw meeting invites on without warning. She never provided details on the candidate either. Laziest recruiter. Run from this company. The company is clueless when it comes to the number of people looking to leave the marketing org.

I’ve never been more turned off by a recruiter. She was based in Wyoming even though the position was for Clackamas Oregon. She flat out said she didn’t know where that was but was I able to drive to the job site from my home. When the question of salary came up I gave her numbers I’d been paid in past positions for the same duties and she promptly lectured me to be more realistic because she had other candidates with 20+ years of experience asking for entry level pay. Big yikes, I didn’t get a call back and I can’t say I’m disappointed because I’d never want to work there anyway if that’s the kind of person they have reaching out to candidates. As far as I’ve seen on job sites they’re still looking for someone to fill that position 3 months later..I wonder why..
