Quadient interview questions

I received a voice-mail to call to set-up a time for a phone interview. The voice mail was received on a Wednesday and the callback number was a WRONG NUMBER. I eventually got through the company switchboard to the person that left the message. Turns out it was the hiring manager. Spoke with him to set-up a phone interview for a phone interview the next day (Thursday afternoon). He sent me an Outlook meeting invitation on Wednesday which I accepted. I sat around all day Thursday without receiving a call from him. Sent him a follow up e-mail at the end of the work day Thursday asking to set-up another phone interview. At the time of this review (almost 2 weeks later), I still haven't heard back. Okay stuff happens. But I find it extremely rude to not even get a response to say I'm no longer being considered. I also suspect that the behavior of the hiring manager is systemic of his management style. Probably for the best.
