Quantcast Account Executive interview questions

I interviewed with Quantcast recently for a sales position as an Account Executive. I would describe the process as in-depth, efficient, and thorough. I felt like they really put in the time to get to know me and made sure that I had an understanding of the Quantcast business model and culture by the end of the process. The process: 1. Phone screen/interview with the lead recruiter 2. In person interviews: 4 rounds of individual interviews 3. Sales Pitch/Presentation in front of panel of 5-6 employees 4. Post Presentation Interview with panel 5. Follow up interview with Sales Manager 6. Follow up interview with lead recruiter. As you can see, the process is designed to gain a full understanding of the candidate. At step #4 specifically, I felt like they made a significant effort in making sure I was a fit for the role. Following this, I had a couple of final interviews with a Sales Manager and the lead recruiter before leaving. It seemed obvious to me that the company is looking for quality over quantity. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of people I met throughout the process. Each person I met for the most part was friendly, passionate about their own role, and professional. They stressed on not only finding out if I was right for the role, but focused on why I saw myself there as well. When walking around the office, the environment seemed busy and alive. I got the sense that there is a sweet balance of start up culture mixed with mature corporate guidance and strategy. Honestly speaking this was my best interview experience I've ever had with a company. I got the offer and I am excited to start.
