I spent 4 weeks to do more than 3 interview steps giving my best.
After 4 weeks and numerous update requests they decide to reject me without
even a specific reason.
I try to have more information and I discover that the customer and staff management policy is one of the worst. Unfortunately I am not the only one to had a bad experience with this company.
I guarantee that I never had a worse experience in a interviewing.
Delays in replying to emails,
No feedback on the evidence to be backed up,
Confused explanations about requests for information and rudeness in the relationship with candidates by recquiter.
Recommending everyone to pay close attention to this company.
And if possible don't consider it as an opportunity because I lost 1 month to hear me say:" we won’t be moving forward with the application"!
