My interview process with Quantcast consisted of one coding challenge, one behavioral phone screen, one technical phone screen, and another behavioral phone screen.
I was first contacted by Helen Van at the end of August to do a coding challenge that took around 3 hours in one sitting. After that, I had an hour behavioral round with Helen for culture fit. The technical phone screen was quickly scheduled shortly after. The interviewer for the technical phone screen did not necessarily care too much about the code itself. Rather, he cared about the design choices you make and the trade offs. The very last stage of the interview was talking to the Head of Engineering to see if you're a good match for the team.
Overall, Helen made the process very smooth and transparent. I walked away with a great impression of Quantcast. It's clear that their engineers are top-notch. At the same time, everyone was extremely kind and collaborative.
