The interview process for quantum is refined and delivered extremely well. From the phone call with their recruiter to the final phone call with their CEO. You will have conversations with people who truly love their job, care for the company, and give you something positive to look for when seeking the new position.
The technical portion isn’t some 1 hour stress coding to see how well you have been practicing complicated algorithms over the past couple years of your life. But more on how well you know how to write real applicable code over a given week. How do you structure , deploy, and write the code that would be similar to what you would be doing on the job. In my opinion this should be the accepted way everyone should be doing when they interview engineers.
Overall, I don’t think it gets much better this, and Iv had experiences interviewing with both startup and corporate companies before.
