Quest Diagnostics Driver interview questions

Ridiculous. No communication between contacts. No actions completed as stated. Dead emails, no responses. Process was almost 2 months, so much wasted time. I was a very qualified and excellent candidate. Question below of "Did you get an offer?" has no correct answer choice for me. Yes, I was offered, then THEY didn't respond, then several people responded independently over the course of weeks. None knew about the other, or of any of the previous communications. None did what they said they were going to. I happily let it rot.
