Two interviews via phone go over previous job skills and if meet requirements and willing to take on role and progress to hiring manager interview to basically repeat process and a further explanation of job role to see if there is fit.

I went to a job fair went through 3 interviews with 3 different supervisor took a mock call they call me 3 days later with offer first training class was full , so i started in the next class , they are real smooth wirh the interview process
