there is a phone interview portion where you talk about how you foudn the job and your education and experience and then on site interview at the lab where you talk to the person who is to be your boss.

It was short and to the point. Good experience. They wanted to know how much experience I had as a lab aide although it is entry level. They also asked what made me different from other candidates.
