online test followed by shortlist in technical and final shortlist for hr interview and finally offer.Interview was tough .Basis of engineering should be good . software skills not needed
Firstly, it will be a written test then the shortlisted candidates will be forwarded to a technical interview round followed by a HR interview round and at last they will provide the offer letter.
First round -
written test (SFD & BMD diagram, Angle of projection, welding symbols, Geometric dimensioning & tolerancing )
Technical interview
Second round - Tool test
Third round - HR interview
