It was a four step interview process.The first step was aptitude exam consisting of logical reasoning, arithmetic ability and general english.Next step was group discussion,there only thing is talk confidently and sensibily.Next round was technical interview,most questions will be related to your degree.Last round was HR interview.

What do you think is the most important think to advance in you job position?
Interview went fine, good questions for the specific background and some were not easy to answer because of the hard difficulty that they had. Also was not sure of the outcome of the interview as i had to wait for a feedback.
Phone Interview, mostly about my current situation. It was for an early career position, they were interested in Junior Engineers, not students looking for an Internship. Got my CV from an online platform.
