Interview
Three stages, aptitude round, group interview, person interview. Aptitute are mostly general concepts in engineering It was easy round, prepare more on thermal analysis, engineering design. They focus more on engineering design. In the group interview, try to be unique.
Nice one, had a great experience in the interview they were helpful motivated me after the interview they are good in chemical industry in automation and automatic is are they else
First round is Apptidude round
Second round is Technical round
And third round is HR round.
Communication is very important those rounds.
And good technical knowledge also.
Problem solving skill also important.
