Quick Quack Car Wash interview questions

The interview process was quite exceptional. I could immediately feel the magnitude of the great culture at Quick Quack. Everyone is super hard working, honest, dedicated and kind to one another. The hiring managers were thorough on any questions that I had, and in each round of the interviews I learned more about how I could fit with the culture and found that it was a place that I had many opportunities to grow over time.

The interviews are open interviews, meaning that chances are at least 30 people will show up. When I went they didn't really take resumes, Just contact info and ask lots of basic questions. EX. "to you, what does smart, committed and skillful look like in a leader?" and other nonsensical personal questions. It almost felt like a job interview easy enough for a 10 year old. They'll also ask about previous experience, I have none, but think of something that could correlate to a job. They also interview in groups, my group was the last group which had 6 people, But before that they'll likely split the 6 into groups of 3 if they can. Overall not a terrible experience, I would change into something like a button down shirt or a polo to make you stand out, as chances are most people will come in the clothes they wore to school.
