I interviewed at R/GA (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
quick-didn't really have to interview- they just hired as they wanted to get somebody on board-easy process, easy transition, Basic questions about accounts asked and the responsibilities in previous job. Asked about sales dollars
Came in at two different dates, talked to 3 individuals per date, 30 min each. Wonderful welcoming environment with very smart people. Would have liked to have met with other disciplines other than client service and production.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at R/GA
Interview
Initial interview with a regional HR Director was rescheduled 3x and usually 10 - 15 minutes after the scheduled interview was to take place over SKYPE. It was a massive waste of time as I was asked for a second interview over SKYPE (again interviewer was 20 minutes late) only to be told that the job description on their website was a mistake - it should have been labeled as an Account Director position. As I was not qualified for that level, I was told I would not be considered. Why this wasn't communicated over email, is beyond me.
