Based on a system generated mail, i had gone to attend the interview at RRD,Technopark,Trivandrum office. It was really a bad experience for me. Freshers and experienced people should not be treated as same. In business point of view,main job of an HR is to recruit quality people at better rates. I had to wait in your office for more than 3 hours and my interview was not taken by mentioning the reason that I dont have BPO experience. Another experienced person sitting near to me left your office, because of your unnecessary waiting time. Making people to wait doesn't mean that you are checking the patience level, everything has its on limit. I have 9 years of experience in service industry and handling more than 125 employees. First time I came to know that RR Donnelly recruit only people with BPO experience. I dont have any objection on that but that HR lady , after seeing my resume also, she made me to wait for 3 hrs. She could have initially told me that you are not fit for a manager post, since you dont have BPO experience. She took 3 hrs to analyse my resume to identify that I dont have BPO experience, how funny ...No value for my time. Right? To handle a team , is BPO experience mandatory?? If you feel so, please update it before posting a job offer.
