Roundtable review, all the managers take turns asking questions. The interview was friendly and welcoming, so that it did not feel like an exam. All the questions focused on different areas of management and leadership.

Questions with nothing that pertained to job. Nothing about my people skills. Very different than anything I've been through before. Could tell someone was already picked for this position. Kind of nonchalant.
