I replied by email to a posting on Craigslist for entry-level freight broker position. I received a phone call the next day from a recruited that asked me a few questions. We set up a time for a one-on-one interview with my soon-to-be boss. He went on and on about how they only promote from within (not true). After the interview, I got a call the next day with a job offer - which I accepted.
