I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RAC (Walsall, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
I applied directly with the company, no response at all. I applied through an agency ad on Indeed, got called right away and sent for interview with RAC (found out it's them after I was sent interview details by the agency). The interview was done in 1 stage. It was average difficulty, standard customer service questions plus a role play where I was put at a computer + phone and the manager called me, it was okeish. I'm yet to find their response.

Question 1
What values can you bring to RAC? Detail a situation in which you worked under stress. How you managed that? Detail a situation when team work didn't work well. If you could go back, what would you do differently? What do you know about RAC? How can you maintain your knowledge about the company? What gets you up in the morning?
