RBC Bearings interview questions

The whole process was very simple, a one on one interview, but the person that was suppose to interview was not there so another supervisor interview instead. The interviewer begin with introduction to the job and question at the end they ask what question do you have regarding the position.

First interview was over the phone with HR. All behavioral questions for HR rep to get a feel for who you are and what you will be like in workplace. Second interview was on site. Lasted about 30 minutes with department manager. Mostly about project and work experience and what to expect on site when working.
