a first round and then a superday with 3 people, everything was mostly behavioral and testing your fit/interest in the company and position so have good answers that show enthusiasm for the role. one brief scenario technical about two valuation decisions.

if you have a more established company in the industrial sector versus a newer company in tech sector, (and they gave some ratios/metrics for each), how would you approach valuing each one
They have some pre designed questions common for everything, in my case everything for easy for me but didn’t got it landed actually that made me confused was there anything i did wrong or they have already set there mind not to hire me
one round 30 minutes with hiring manager on behavioural and no techinical, only asked if have experiecen with python or vba. why rbc, why this team, why you, what do you wanted to learn from this experience.
