Interview
Starts with a phone call of a current associate, basic questions, moves on to super day in which there is a modeling exam which was difficult to do considering you just began your junior year of college, and offers thereafter
Submitting Resume→1st interview→final interview
You will meet several team members in the final interview.
Need to describe appealing stocks.
Both in English and Japanese.
It took 3 hours in final round.

Question 1
Say recent 5 year earnings surprises. Tell me the advantages by hiring you.
IN total 3 rounds, first is online test, second is a phone interview with a senior analyst, and then the last rounds is ac with two rounds with global head from Canada and others
Phone screening followed by zoom interviews with senior people. Questions were a mix of behavioral questions and equity research specific questions. I did not get passed round two so my insight is limited.
