I received an e-mail from HR requesting for a phone interview following my job application that was submitted 3-4 weeks ago. The phone interview was on the same day and lasted about 20 minutes. She went through the usual interview questions and said that if I don't hear from them by tomorrow then I didn't make it to the next interview stage. I thought I did very well during the phone interview but the hiring manager didn't want to meet for a second interview.

Interview

2. The manager and an assistant screen interview focusing on behaviour questions.
3. Same as the second interview.

Manager wanted to know about the type of person they would be working with, so it was a more casual conversation rather then a technical interview.
