I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Ottawa, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
A general interview process that really gets you to focus on putting the client's needs first. The most interesting question in the interview was: if you were an owner of a tea shop, and someone came to you asking for coffee, how would you respond?

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
