      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC

      Interview

I was contacted internally by the hiring manager, who suggested I interview for this position. Had a half-hour phone interview with the hiring manager the next day; a week later had another half-hour phone interview with the HR recruiter; then a week later a third in-person interview with the hiring manager. It was the most in depth interview process I've ever been through, but was a good experience.
