A 30-minute interview with the future manager. Mostly behavioural questions and some questions about derivatives. Your level of proficiency in Excel is also important. Be prepared and show your confidence.

Overall for me at least wasn't the typical interview process, I've read about. no behavioural questions except for one about working late. I think the interviewer didn't believe I worked at a startup so grilled me about accounting questions for the whole time.
