The interview process begins with applying online by submitting your resume and cover letter. If selected, you’ll participate in an online interview with two interviewers. They will ask questions about your skills and experience, assess your fit for the role, and provide insights about the company. After the interview, you may receive feedback, and if successful, a job offer will follow.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RBC (Winnipeg, MB) in May 2021
Interview
Interview process, was an online feast followed by one on one interview about general interview questions, the final stage was interview with a number of panelists which was introduction, role play and stop shop, they were just looking for customer service skills.
