Just an email for a 30 minute interview and then I was asked to pick a time-slot for one of the options that they had provided. The interview was done by 2 people,
They asked you to describe yourself first. Then they mostly asked questions about leadership and how are you as a leader. Questions required the interviewee to use STAR method to answer them.
