I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a thoughtful and engaging interview for a position in investment advisory or private markets. The discussion focused on co-investment strategies, long-term value creation, and how to navigate relationships with entrepreneurial clients. The interviewer asked strategic and technical questions, but the tone remained open and respectful throughout. It was clear the firm values alignment of interests and discretion over aggressive growth. A great experience that gave me a genuine sense of the company’s culture and priorities.
