The turn around time for an interview with this company is very fast. I received two phone interviews within two weeks of submitting an application. The first phone interview went great, the second interview not so much. What I did not like was that the first interviewer said that the position was only 15-20 hours per week as indicated on the job posting, whereas the District Manager said in the second interview that it could potentially be 30-40 hours per week if I was willing to pick up extra shifts. The District Manager made a few references that there could be possibilities that I could pick up extra hours if another employee cancelled. This gave the impression that there could be a lot of potentially "last minute" requests which made their scheduling seem unorganized. I applied to the position because the posting listed specific days and hours per day, but after the second interview they gave the impression of being very unstructured, almost like a bait and switch. The District Manager left it up to me after the second interview as to whether I wanted to proceed with the rest of the hiring process. Also, the District Manager towards the end of the phone interview sounded very unpleasant as if was yelling during a professional interview, which rubbed me the wrong way. I decided to pursue another opportunity.
