The interview process was easy going, easy to navigate and the people were delightful. The only issue was the low pay and the high turn over I have heard from speaking to store associates.
I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Naperville, IL) in Oct 2014
Interview
I interviewed at the store for a 20 minute interview. I met with a team leader for about 20 minutes. Standard questions were asked about experience and examples of handling daily scenarios.
The interview was unstructured, as are most retail interviews (I have had several over the years), I had 2 back to back interviews, one with the assistant lead and then the store leader. Most of the questions were geared towards the company's "core values" People, Quality, Service, and Innovation and they are trying to gauge how you would fit into the store and if you would be a good employee.
