RHP Properties interview questions

Interviewed in person with the Community Manager and Regional Manager. Has what I thought was a great interview. After leaving, within 5 minutes, received phone call with job offer and that they like to conduct background check. After almost 3 weeks, background check came back, was called and was offered employment, but with conditions.

I applied for the position and a recruiter conducted a screening call. I was invited to a Teams call with the HR manager and the Training Specialist. I learned about the role and answered behavioral questions. I also provided several sample projects. I was then invited to an in-person interview where I answered the same behavioral questions. I asked about their hybrid policy and how they landed on coming in 3 days per week. They could not give me an answer and only said because that's what was decided. I also asked about any opportunities for growth within the company and they said there were none. I sent a thank you email to the interview team and reached out to the recruiter a few days later. She said that I should hear something the following week but I never did. After a few weeks, I reached out to the HR Manager to get feedback about why I wasn't selected so I knew where to focus on my professional development, but she never emailed back.
