The interview process was easy and seamless throughout the process! It took about a month from initial reach out to receiving an offer. The first round was a phone screening with someone from HR who was very nice and let me ask all the questions I had and ensured the position was something I would be interested in. The second round was a Zoom meeting with the HR person as well as the Associate Direcetor who I would be working. They let me give my background, and then they asked a few situational questions pertaining to my experience. The third round was in person at the office, where I got a tour of the office, did a short paid media exercise, and then sat on a panel with the two people I had already met with, and then my would-be manager. They asked more situational questions and let me ask any remaining questions I had. I was able to meet with one of the executives at the end of the interview to further discuss my career path and if there were any remaining questions on the company/ role. Overall, a great experience in terms of communication, response times, and overall understanding of timelines.
