Ditto to everyone else's reviews regarding the extensive testing and so on. The company has such a nice rating, so I believe the testing works for them. I personally had a bad experience starting with the initial phone interview. The conversation was so painfully bland that I couldn't believe I was asked back for the next round of the interview. I had such a bad taste in my mouth after the first conversation, although I went ahead and did the testing. My idea was to take the tests and if they actually liked my answers then I should give it another shot. I don't think it was the analytical portion that I did poorly on, but the assessments of my personal work ethic that resulted in the rejection email. I ultimately do not feel I was right for this type of position and I sure it showed in my answers. At least I discovered that analyst positions are not the best use of my skills!
