Interview
You have tests and once you pass this then the job simulation task. This has the video interview and some ordering tasks similar to the previous online test where you rank options. The video questions doesn't all necessarily come after each other. For me, it was like 2/3 video based questions at the start and then a couple at the end. The questions comes in a big paragraph, where it describes a situation first and then asks the question in a roundabout-ish way.

Question 1
Why audit? What excites you about working in audit and how does this align with own goals? How will you use the time efficiently? Would you describe yourself as someone who enjoys being given a lot of responsibility and why?
Online tests then assessment centre - 45 minute group exercise with 2 scenarios, had to discuss which was best and why then answer questions. Then data analysis task with email scheduling task. Finally strength based interview. Strength based interview was very friendly, felt more like a conversation. Overall the experience wasn't incredibly difficult but was intense.

The whole process took me 2 and half months to get an offer. The assessment centre was engaging but also intense, you need to read a lot of information in different tasks.
