RSM Audit Associate interview questions

Got job respond after 2 weeks from my application. Hr called for short interview (do you experience audit SME, briefly explain job experience, availability for physical interview, did you apply big4). A week after (week 3), received email for physical interview and online assessment (technical questions, personility test). Online assessment given in pdf file, only answer in there, no time limit, just revert it within 4 days. In week 4, physical interview with principal and have assessment 30 mins bfr 1-to-1 interview. Have 4 parts; essay at least 150 words, choose 1 topic (Do you think social life is more important than career?, describe career inspiration, describe role model, describe current issue), short term objective, long term objective, most challenging experience & how did you handle it, best achievement and what did you do to achive it. The interview went well and smoothly. The panel was friendly and nice, always respond after I answered which feels engaging. Lots behavioural questions related to audit work nature (manage multiple works, tight deadlines, teamwork). Basic technical questions like knowledge about depreciation, double entry for sales, revenue recognition and when to reverse it. Then, the day after, received verbal offer from hr call. Basically, the whole process took 4 weeks.

Audit manager was kind to me! Didnt ask technical questions but need to write essay and also have to do 4 subjective questions. But non of those are technical. Technical questions only appears in online assessment
