RSM IT Engineer interview questions

Interview process was very lengthy and impractical. 3 stage interview altogether, all consisting of on site Face-Face. Took around 4 weeks in total. No communication or feedback heard after each stage unless I chased up regularly myself which was ridiculous. After final interview, no feedback heard for 3 weeks despite regular chasing up. Finally got a rejection email nearly 4 weeks after having my final interview which was a laugh. I would have rejected them anyway even if I got a offer. Seems to be a very unorganized and inefficient company to work for.
