Interview
I met a couple audit and tax partners as well as associates at the beginning of Fall semester at a networking event on campus. I spoke with them at length at the career fair and was invited to an on campus interview where I interviewed with an Audit partner, and then was invited to an in office interview where I met with one more partner and two different managers. I was given my offer the day after the in office interview. Questions were mostly about experiences as well as personality and fit. Not so many behavioral compared to other firms I interviewed with.

They were very nice and the on campus interview consisted of a 30 minute interview with a manager from RSM. The on site interview consisted of an interview with a partner and a manager, and then they took you out to lunch to chat with a few of the associates.
