I was referred to the company through a LinkedIn connection, and was quickly contacted by the national recruiter. She sent my information to the local recruiter and within 48 hours, I was contacted and had the interviews set up. I had two back to back interviews with two people in each interview (2:1). I was nervous about this setting as I've only seen 1:1 interviews, but I actually felt more comfortable in this setting as it made it a more conversational setting and much less intimidating. By the end of the day after the interviews, I was given a verbal offer, and had the paper offer in hand the next morning. A very smooth and quick process compared to other companies in the industry.
