Interview
It was thorough. I actually came back for a second round. I got a call from the recruiter telling me that the company was looking at my resume and wanted me to come in for a face to face. At that time, I met with 2 Managing Partners (neither of which are with the firm now). They asked pretty pressing questions but I could tell that our personalities would get on just fine. While walking back to my place of employment, I got a call that they were interested in hiring me, but I needed to come back for a second round. After that I was in!

Three individuals, 30 min meeting each, told about the company, asked what I knew. Spoke about position, day to day operations, what to exspect. Talk about some of the clientele, what is expected. What is not acceptable when it comes down to staff, the diversity of the company diversity of staff and clients.
