Interview
Easy with only two stages, felt more like a friendly conversation than an interview. Response was very rapid too. Received an offer within 2 weeks. Have now worked for 2 years
The RSMS interview process is structured, competency-focused, and case-driven. It tests problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, often including behavioral questions, case studies, and situational assessments under time pressure.
The interview was insightful and engaging. I confidently shared my experience, discussed real scenarios, and asked thoughtful questions. Overall, it felt like a genuine conversation, boosting my confidence further. The interview felt professional yet friendly. I highlighted my skills, shared detailed work examples, handled situational questions confidently, and asked thoughtful queries. Overall, it was a productive, positive discussion about mutual fit.
