Interview
There were two interviewers one discussed more about educational history and job requirements and the other was more of a behavioral interview. They were both 30 minutes long and online due partially to COVID

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to change something last minute and how did you handle it.
The interview process involved three rounds: an initial phone screening, a technical interview focusing on analytical skills, and a final interview with the hiring manager discussing project management and team collaboration.
Easy going- I applied and heard back from the recruiter a month later. I had to stay on top of the recruiter to make sure they knew I was still interested. Interview seems like they are focused on making sure you gel well with the team.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was fairly easy, Everyone was more interested in getting to know you than what your capabilities are. They were open to questions. Tip: Ask about their hobbies. They just want to know how you would fit in and if they would like to work with you
