The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at RSM in Jan 2022
Interview
Consist of 4 stages, application, situational/numerical test, video interview, assessment centre.
Situational judgement/numerical test is relatively easy to pass, video interview consist of 5 questions, with 2 minutes to answer each questions. Assessment centre consists of 2 parts, strength based interview, and why RSM, why me exercise, assessed by 2 assessors.
I have an issue with the why RSM why me section, candidates were given 6 minutes to prepare and 4 minutes to answer 2 questions, which I find it impossible to fit the amount of info from my research into 4 minutes answer. I was then given a feedback saying that I did not demonstrate that I have research the company enough, which is a little bit contradicting. Not too sure how much of info is RSM expecting their candidate to cram into a 4 minutes questions.
But, overall it is a valuable experience to gain as a graduate. Better luck next time.

Stage 1 - Online Assessments
Stage 2 - Online Job Simulation
Stage 3 - Virtual Assessment Centre that consisted of a series of group activities, 1:1 interview and technical tasks
Stage 4 - Final round interview and office tour
A great interview experience and feedback report showed my confidence in all interview questions, being able to articulate responses and use excellent examples to back my responses. Weakness area - group task, so looking to improve that fro next time.

Interview
Application then online assessment then a job simulation which is just a personality questionnaire with a video interview, but if they don't like your your answers to the questionnaire they don't bother reviewing your video answers which kinda sucks.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at RSM (Chelmsford, England) in Nov 2024

Online assessments, online assessment centre and finally an in person interview. Online assessment centre included an interview and some tasks, some individual and one with a partner. Final interview included a tour of the office and a Q&A session with an employee which was nice. Received no feedback after the interview or any sort of communication whatsoever.
