first stage: math questions and personalities simulations
it might take 40 minute to finish. It is not hard and once you done you might get the second stage video interview invitation immediately.
second stage: 5 video interview questions

3. how do you make the best of using feedback from others to support your development
4. Imagine your colleagues were struggling to overcome a setback on a project. What advice can you give?
5. spending too much time on analysing data can slow down our decision making. do you agree or disagree and explain why.
First stage is a standard online numerical and situational test. Second stage contains 4 video interview question and some questions asking you to rank which action you would do during a situation.

Video interview-average, not very hard and not timed. Some questions you have to answer by dragging the order of responses etc, only a few video questions so not too extreme

zoom meeting with 2 people. asked me the things i wrote on my resume and why i took a gap year and what i have been doing. first ever interview so i didn't do well and did not get an offer. but it was an experience!
