      Wellbeing Associate Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSM in Sep 2022

      Interview

First round of the interview was a phone screener where they asked the basics: tell me about your experience, why would I be a good fit for the role, salary request, willingness to travel, etc. second round was an interview with the potential boss, it was virtual and they seemed really nice and genuine, I thought the interview went super well and they mentioned wanting to move me onto the next round. Third interview was with the potential boss’s boss who was really tough to read, we kept getting interrupted and it was a little awkward but overall I thought it had gone okay and I was really excited because they said they only had said only a handful of people make it to that round. I received an email a little over a week later that I did not get the job, I was sad and a little hurt that they didn’t even give me a phone call to let me know. When I asked if they had any advice or anything I could improve on for future interviews… crickets… never received a response. They seemed so great, I thought it was the least they could do but oh well.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is one thing you cannot live without and why? Tell me about yourself and your experience. Tell me about yourself, you don’t have to go all into what’s on your resume but a summary. What would you say to a higher up who doesn’t support or see the need for wellness?
